Full-stack development here means one engineer owns the UI, API, data, and deploy. I ship Full Stack AI Developer work in Next.js, React, and Python or Node so features do not stall between a frontend specialist and a backend specialist.
Most products I join are already half-built: a Figma file, a no-code MVP, or a codebase that grew faster than the team. My job is to turn that into something an operator can log into on Monday without me sitting next to them.
I default to Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Postgres (often Neon), and Python or Node on the back. Auth, roles, and a real deploy are part of the first slice, not a later "platform" phase. If you already have a stack, I match it instead of forcing a rewrite.
AI belongs on the product when it earns a place in the workflow. A dashboard, a CRM, or a quoting tool can ship without a chatbot. When I add agents or RAG, the same person who built the UI also wires the API the model will call.
Who it is for
- Founders who need a production app, not a clickable prototype
- Teams replacing spreadsheets or a brittle no-code stack
- Companies adding an AI surface onto an existing product
What you get
App UI that operators will actually use
Next.js App Router, typed forms, role-aware views, and performance budgets so the product feels finished on day one.
APIs and data model
REST or tRPC, Postgres, auth, and background jobs wired so the frontend is not inventing business rules.
Ship path
Vercel or AWS, CI from GitHub, env and secrets, and a handover doc so your team can keep moving after the sprint.
How I work
Scope
One written brief: users, must-have flows, and what "done" looks like in two weeks.
Build
Vertical slices. Login, a core workflow, then polish, demoed as they land.
Handover
Deployed URL, repo access, and the next three tickets I would file if I stayed.
What this looked like on Use Cortana
Use Cortana needed a multi-tenant agent studio, not a marketing site. I built the frontend operators use to create chat and voice agents, attach knowledge bases, and connect Twilio and GoHighLevel. Tenancy, roles, and a shippable UI landed together so the Python call path had something real to talk to.
Proof
- Use Cortana agent studio frontend on a multi-tenant SaaS
- CarrierBridge: parallel Playwright quoting across ~10 carrier portals with SSE progress
- RenewalSync: Progressive/NatGen Dec compare + auto EZLynx for Metropolitan Insurance
- Badie Alliance Tax CRM replacing Wix and spreadsheets across 50 US states

Common questions
Do you only build AI products?
No. Full-stack work includes CRMs, dashboards, and operator tools. AI is added when it earns a place in the workflow, not as a default widget.
What stack do you default to?
Next.js and TypeScript on the front, Python or Node on the back, Postgres, and AWS or Vercel. I match the stack you already run when that is faster than a rewrite.
Can you join an existing codebase?
Yes. I have inherited production apps for US, UK, and APAC clients. The first week is mapping risk, then shipping a thin vertical slice.
How long does a full-stack sprint take?
A focused slice (auth, one core workflow, a deploy) is usually two to four weeks if the brief is clear. A multi-tenant SaaS or a CRM replacement is a longer engagement, scoped after a short intake.
Do you work full-time or only on sprints?
Both. I take full-time, contract, and scoped sprints. Typical rate is $20.00/hr. Timezone is UTC+5 (Lahore) with overlap for US, UK/Europe, Gulf, and APAC.
Who owns the repo, hosting, and accounts?
You do. I work in your GitHub, Vercel or AWS, and database. At handover you have the URL, env notes, and the next tickets I would file if I stayed.
Can you work from Figma or with a designer I already have?
Yes. I implement existing Figma, or I ship a clean operator UI if there is no design file. I will not invent a brand system unless you ask for that.
Will the app still run after you leave?
That is the point of the first slice: real auth, a real database, and a deploy your team can keep. I document how to ship a change, not how to reach me for every tweak.
Can you add AI later if the first version has none?
Yes. I leave APIs and data in a shape an agent can call. Chat, RAG, or voice is a follow-on, not a rewrite of the product.
